Wp to adh by boat

Can a boat go from the WP to ADH from the boat dock at the pavilion.? If so , what is the cost.

No, there is no way to get from the Pavilion over to Atlantic Dance by boat. They're in completely different areas of WDW and the waterways aren't connected at all. You'll have to travel by car or motorcoach to get from one to the other.
