the last time we went was oct of 04 and I got a discount code that made a king room $100 less then a standard ( icnat remeber what the actual rate was)

I called today since theres a chance we might go in Aug (I know Aug is still summer vacation time) but the regular rate was $155 for a standard with AAA went to $131

I remeber when CBR opened it was something like $69 how times have changed!!!

any chances of getting some kind of a code

Last year I received a pin code and was able to book $59 values or $79 moderates during the summer. We are normally "value" people, but upgraded to Port Orleans Riverside last year for our June trip.

The AP rate (which is usually about the best rate) last summer was $74 for VALUES while I was paying $79 for a moderate with the pin code!

I'm hoping for another pin code...but, I'm really doubting we will receive one.

Last year's AP rate for August was $99 per night. Depending on how many nights you are staying and if you are planning to return within the next year, it may be worth it to get an AP.

If you are ok with $131 per night....I would book it now and wait for codes to come out....then, figure out what is your cheapest and best option.

I'm booked at Pop Century right now at the AAA rate of $84.15 per night in June. I'm hoping for at least an AP rate at $69 so that I can purchase an AP and make myself return again within the next year

I feel the same way. We stay at POFQ, and with codes we paid around 100-110 per night, with tax. Now even the value season rate is around 139 and that's without tax. We really like a moderate and don't want to stay at the values, but the mods are getting very expensive. I want to go in November, but I really think that I will need a code for it. I hope some come out, but they seem to be drying up over the last few years.
