Wow...what a great Dollar rate for October...

I was just sitting here...checking on car rentals as always. I have a full size rented already at National EA for $178.00 (includes tax) for 7 days. Thats with a coupon and the Priceless vacation code.

I checked Dollar for the same car and the same dates (10/2-10/9) and with NO coupons or codes found a full sizied for $130.00 base rate. With tax it came to around 154.00. Gee...thats $24.00 more Disney dollars for me to spend...

YAAAAAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...........

I booked with dollar too at a great rate.... I managed to get a full size from Oct 8-22nd and it was $125/week... total with taxes came to $330US

I looked up September too if anyone is interested and for 2 weeks it was going to be $119/week for a full size!!

just checked oct 2 - 9 with national...

using discount and coupon plus product rate code WWEB

total for EA came to 159$

Well Lawgs...we must be doing something different. I put everything in for 10/2-10/9 for a full sized car on the EA w/coupon and code...total came to $194.94 which is even higher than my first original rate....yikes!! (notice I said full sized..NOT intermediate)

Try clearing out your cache and cookies before you try again. Sometimes National's web site won't give you a "change for the better" if you've been trying different codes for awhile. Not sure why, but clearing out the cache and cookies usually works for me.
