i postponed our trip from 9-10 till THIS friday 9-17 the fed ex guy just came with our new info packet! and it was overnighted! didn't expect this, what a nice surprise! nice to know disney is on top of some things!

That was very good of them. I have been experiencing difficulties with the reservation people lately. I received my room confirmation but they failed to note my deposit. So I called them to clear it up and the person I spoke with said it was taken care of. Then it turns out that they accidentally charged my credit card twice. Called me to tell me they didn't understand why it wasn't going through. Maybe it's b/c you have now charged two whole disney trips on my one not so big card. Now that this is all cleared up I still have yet to receive my confirmation with the payment stated on it.

Sorry to ramble on, just frustrated. But I am still excited about my trip.
