was incredible. It was great what she did - but also the quality of the show
AMAZING.

I wonder what negative thing Martha Stewart would say about her now?:thumbsup2

She provided a years worth of food to a city in Delaware that had fallen on very hard times. Plus redid their whole food bank building. She also gave all 2,000 of the residents a Thanksgiving dinner that they will never forget. It was truly a beautiful show.

It was in Wilmington Ohio, The whole town had nothing when DHL moved out of their town. So that's why they did the show.

Thanks for correcting me on the town mrs.mom. What in the world made me think it was in Delaware?? :confused3

Because most of us have at least heard of Wilmington Delaware, not Wilmington, Ohio. ;)

Carter of "Carter Can" completely remodeled the biggest "soup kitchen"s facilities. They had a Thanksgiving dinner for almost the entire town. Nick Lachey (sp?) was involved too. The Fray (frey?) performed at the dinner. It was very heart-warming.

(oops - I kinda repeated what you originally said Angelrose!)

It was such a good episode. I love when celebs actually take the time to give back and that town really needed it.

i knew i liked rachel ray :) what an awesome, classy thing to do.

It was a couple of awesome weeks in town! We wondered how our town would be portrayed & I believe the RR show did an excellent job with this. They were truly a blessing to this community.

Happy Thanksgiving and I hope this is just the beginning of good times for your town.
