My family and I will be in DW in May (9 - 13). I called today to book a reservation for Chef Mickey for the 10th. My thinking was that ltimately we'd like to go on the 12th, but that I'd call today and see if I could get a reservation for the 10th in case the 12th was booked. I mentioned that to the woman on the other line and she went ahead and let me book a reservation for the 12th even though it was a couple days till the 90 day window. How cool is that? I was very impressed and can't wait to go. Maybe this happens all the time, but I thought it was great Customer Service.
