As I typically do when we return from a trip, I sent a lengthy email to Disneyland pointing out the highlights of our trip, and the problems we encountered/complaints we had (like the moving walkways not moving anywhere in Tomorrowland and even obviously in poor repair, and the sound not working on Screamin' or Space). I try to include an equal number of compliments and complaints, and make sure to point out those individuals who made the trip more magical (like Dana this time, and Brian, our tour guide).
Well, I got my response back, and they touched on every one of my comments, saying they'd forward my observations to their appropriate departments so the comments could be recorded.
I've noticed that in the past, just about everything I've noted as a problem has been corrected by the time I get to the park again. Which says that I wasn't the only one to complain about that problem, and that they *do* actually listen to their emails.
I encourage everyone who had a good time or bad time at Disneyland to email Disneyland with your comments regarding your trip. They do get recorded and they do make a difference!

I'll make it a point to send an e-mail after my next trip
