All of the hours are posted on Disney's cast site. I've copied spetro and wishes for you guys. Hope it helps. Please note, as it is always posted at the bottom of all calendars that times are always subject to change. Also see my thread about NO e-ticket nights for May. ugh.

Do the CM postings say anything in particular about the DVC Member Homecoming events on 5/25 and 5/26? The materials from DVC implied that this event would include the equivalent of "E-Ticket Nights" at MK on 5/25 and Epcot on 5/26. I expected to see reduced park hours on these two dates for the general public, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Maybe just a typo???

Here's some more info I researched this morning and posted on another thread.

Here are MGM's hours and Fantasmic scheduled hours according to the employee site. PLEASE NOTE THE TIME ON 5/19!!!

MGM is openned 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM (5/1 to 5/8)

5/9 to 5/31 the hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (with exceptions)

5/25, 5/28, 5/29, 5/30 openned until 10:00 PM

Here the odd one: On 5/19 MGM hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Did a little research and found that there is a private function that night (sponsor/Visa) so park closes early.

Water Park hours posted for the entire month (both parks):

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

FANTASMIC TIMES:
April 5-17 -- 8:30pm & 10pm
May 1-8 -- 8:30pm
May 9-18, 20-24, 26, 27, 31 -- 9pm
May 25, 28-30 -- 9pm & 10:30pm

PS: tjkraz: Here's the info you seek:

18th shows a awards ceremony at the castle--looks like during normal hours, maybe roped off: 9-10AM (200 people).

25th shows nothing unusual.
26th shows DVC homecoming dinner party--park wide from 6:00 PM-11:00 PM for (3500 ppl). Usually if it's like an eticket night, it usually says that, so I'm guessing they are not going to empty the park since it says park wide. I have seen other events on the calendar where it actually says eticket, but think that means certain rides are open. (not sure). Hope the info helps. Maybe the hours will change again to reflect this function.
