Hi,
I never thought my Easter Sunday flight home would be cheaper.....I was actually checking the possibility ahem....of adding a night and seeing how much coming home Monday would be.

Well low and behold....the flight for 3 went down $144 bucks....I jumped on it!

I go back to SW site to check price again....I know.....OCD....
What....PRICE WENT BACK UP TO ORIGINAL PRICE:scared1::cool1::banana:

I can't believe I snagged that.
Keep checkin....even during the peak times:woohoo:

That's crazy!! I keep checking on our flights too but they keep jumping unbelievably. Trip isn't till June so I'm not panicking yet but sheesh, do I have to stay glued to my computer and check every couple of minutes? There seems to be no rhyme or reason. Ah well, the thrill of the chase....

Congrats to you, you snagged a bargain!

Congrats! I just booked ours this morning for March - it was $109 coming home last week, then went up to $142. Today it was $109 again so booked it.

I had a $100 voucher plus two credits totalling about $50, then, lo and behold, I decided to check our accounts. My husband had a free ticket (one way, we must have used the other one) so for going down (still $142) I used that for one of us!

Had I booked yesterday and not checked (didn't think to do that) I would have spent $250 more (just the 3 of us going this trip, DH is staying home to work and actually get something done without us around!!).

Yah for us! Still not the $79 fares we've gotten spoiled with, but not bad.

How are you checking flights past February? I'm at SW now but it only displays Jan/Feb and will not let me click to future months.

Never mind - it's working now. I had to reload SW's website 3 times, and finally quit & relaunch IE before it worked. Weird.

The SW site seems to be having a lot of trouble today. Unfortunately the fares I'm watching didn't go down.

OMG....I just checked again and my departing flight from NY went down another 46 bucks:cool1::banana:

I now have a $186 credit. Awesome.:cool1::worship:
Didn't think these flights would go down around Easter. Kinda wish I didn't book within 5 minutes of SW opening their booking window.:rolleyes1

Keep checking!!!!
Kerri
