Wow Just found out I maintained over the winter

Got back on my friends scale today. Found out I havent gained any weight over the winter, since Nov.
I had lost 15lbs last Sept-Nov and didnt gain it back. Now Im going for another 20lbs and not starting over. Yippee

That is great that you were able to do that over the winter. If you were able to maintain, you should be able to get yourself jump started toward your goal.
