Wow I've been getting alot of fraudulent emails lately!

I just got one today. From Chase Credit cards but it was not chase. On the American Express web site they are sending out an fraud alert. Saying that people are getting emails from AE and that they are not from American express. The scammers make websites looking like the real thing but it's not and people respond and give their information and thats how you get in trouble

Well that makes me feel better! Those are the 2 I got. The Chase one was so cheesy looking! Like they weren't even trying!
 
yeah, it seems the 'phishers' (as they are called) are increasing the amount of emails they send out. we've seen a pretty big increase here at work.
