I have an LL Bean coat, which last time I counted has about 1,000 zippers and pockets on it.

I was rummaging through the pockets, and found $67.50 I had no idea that was there!

I can't believe I was walking around with that much money just hiding in my pocket!

Whats the most you have ever found?

Unfortunately only about €20 (apx. €20). HOWEVER, I have just found a diamond ring that has been missing for YEARS!!!!!! (We're renovating the house and it was found when we pulled out the old kitchen!). :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

My sister and I found $20 in the street by our house when we were younger. We decided to bury it in the curb of the street (a piece was missing) and then cover it with leaves. Of course we forgot about it until a long time later! :) It was gone!

Too cool, Cindy! I'm sure you'll spend it quickly, too, with the holidays coming and your move.

I think the most I've ever found is $20.

DS once found $80. on the street. The most I've ever found was $20.

Well, I was really good and deposited it into the "house funds account"..

Would have loved to spend, it, but the practical side of me thought... the termite inspection is $60...

I think that's my money you found, Cindy. Is it green and silver and perhaps a little bit of copper?;)

I think the most I've found is $20 in my pockets.:) I love finding lost money.

Actually in another pocket, I found a $1.

I love having millions of pockets...

Wow, that's a big find! I think the most I've found is $5, LOL!

Very Cool! :)

I don't remember if I found anything...I guess it couldn't have been too impressive if I can't remember it.

Wow, how fun for you, and wow--you have great self control, I would have spent it QUICKLY! lol! (No self control here! )

Well, since I won't be working soon, I need to pay for the housing stuff now...

Yes, it was tempting to spend, but better to save....

The most I've ver found was $100.00. I found it on the ground and nobody was anywhere around to try and figure out who it belonged to.

One year just before Christmas I was doing my floor to ceiling cleaning in the kitchen and found $120 in a coffee mug that was hanging on one of the racks on the wall..

No one knew where it came from so - "Finder's keeper's!!" :)

Whoo hoo! Party at Cindy's house! :)

My DH and I found several hundred dollars (about $400) in the parking lot of a mall a few years ago. We did the right thing and went into the department store that was closest to where we were parked (the wallet was lying next to our car.) We told them that we found a wallet and if someone came back to them looking for someone who found it, they should give them our number to identify the wallet and its contents. There were no credit cards, no ID, just a picture and the money.

No one ever called to claim the money, so it became ours after we gave it a respectable waiting period.

Yesterday, I found about $.60 when I was doing the laundry.

When my dad died we sold his car. Before the transaction, we went through the car get any personal effects out of it. In the trunk we discovered $300-$400 in cash. It was nice to make a find, but the mystery of why it was there remains. That was over 25 years ago.
