I had seen so much negative stuff about joining Connections that I was slightly apprehensive
about dealing with them. I finally did join
through Lillian Vernon and ordered my vouchers
over the week-end. I was so glad to get the
envelope from UPS. It took less than 5 days and
their service was great. I am going to keep my
membership for a while and try the restaurant
certificates. My fees are $8.95 a month and if
I don't feel that this is a good value for me
I will cancel. I am happy so far!!!!
Everything for our trip is coming together now,
I am ready to go. Just waiting for Sept. LOL

The vouchers are a good way to have pre-paid meals
on your WDW trips. They are $11.25 each and can be
used quite a few places in the parks and at some of the hotels. If you use them wisely you can save
on your food costs. I like the Quick and Casual
lunch and dinner vouchers $11.25, but there are
also others that you can buy. You can look on E-bay for a good desc. and the places that they can be used at. It is better to buy them from
another source because they are too high on E-bay.
There is also more info here on the boards about
the vouchers.

It is so easy to join through Lillian Vernon. You
just call their 800 # and tell them that you want
to join Connections 123. They will know exactly
what you are talking about and give all the info
that you need to know. In about 2-3 weeks you will
get a red env. in the mail with your membership #
that you will use to access the Connections web site and order your vouchers, rest. certificates,
etc. I accidentally threw the 800 # away, but if
you post someone will probably reply with the #.
I used the vouchers last year and they were a fun
way to save on meals on Disney property, and in the parks.

Their number is 800-545-5426. Connections also has other benefits other than Disney - Toys R Us, restuarants, etc. Pretty good prices on hopper tickets too.

could you post a list of resturaunts you can use the Q&C vouchers at? also prices for the breakfast vouchers and if they are for adults only or do they have kid vouchers too? thanks!

I've had great experiences with them too. We've used them for 2 yrs. and ordered WDW passes, food vouchers, movie passes & gift cards and we've saved a fortune!! I think the service is much better online than by phone. Orders always come within 2 or 3 days by Fed Ex. They do charge a month early for membership renewal and the price jumped from $79. the first year to $139. the second year so I called and cancelled and my daughter joined instead at the $79. rate. I know many people posted about problems but luckily we have had none. We leave for WDW on 8/1 and we have a nice supply of Quick & Casual and Kingdom Lunch vouchers. I love having almost the entire vacation paid for before we go. It makes coming home a little easier!!;)

For the resturant listing, and prices of the different vouchers, check out the post on resturants at the top of the page.

I ordered my vouchers and received half of them in 2 days, the other half in 3. Not to bad service if i do say so myself.

What is the expiration date on your vouchers? We are going in January and I was planning to order them. TIA. Debby

The exp. date is May 2004
The kitchen sink is mentioned and you cannot get it with the voucher.

I may be a bit slow but I wondered if you could explain how to use the vouchers. Do you need to say you are using a voucher before you order or can you just hand it in when you pay?
Do you just get a entree or are the drinks, sides, and dessert included in the voucher.

Can 2 people who are splitting a meal use 1 voucher?

Are they for counter service only or are 'sit down' places included?

Sorry for the ton of questions but I am a bit lost on this!

TIA

I had been hearing a lot about people having their credit cards double-charged by Connections. Does this problem seem to be eliminated when going through Lillian Vernon?

I don't mind all the questions, will give you my
answers and experiences with the vouchers. They
can be used at the counter service places and you
can split a meal. I always tell them that I have a
voucher when I order. The best places that we have
found to split a meal are: Beaches & Cream (BC)
Pepper Market (CSR) Tangerine Cafe (Epcot) we also
split at other places and I order an extra sand. or entree and a drink.
Good value at Peco Bill's (MK)
Mara (AKL)
AK is also a good place to use them and also the food courts at most of the resorts. We are going
the end of Sept and I check the menus before we
go, and even print out a few. Have fun!
Yes, you do get an entree, side, drink and dessert
with a voucher.
