I JUST RECIEVED A VERY SHOCKING EMAIL

it said that Universal is now making their free "universal express tickets" (their version of fastpass) unavaliable. only the ones that you can buy are avaliable. and those can cost close to 30-50 dollars a day! another boost for disney!!! :cool1: :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :cool1: :goodvibes

Ahh, another way to make another dollar. As much as it cost, fastpass should stay free.

definetly!

we are already paying a fortune for tickets, food, resorts, ect

keep it free disney!

They've been charging for that for years. It was only free if you stayed at a Universal hotel. :sad2:

I don't think that is correct... I am almost positive they had machines similar to fastpass.........

The Express Pass that is for purchase let us bypass the line 1 time on specific rides in one park......I think with no wait time in between like Fastpass.....in other words we were able to go right from one ride to the next .

The free ones are different but I forget how......

Six Flags ( In New Jersey ) does the same thing. I think the basic fastpass is about $20 a person. They have a gold fastpass for even more than that. The regular fast pass is annoying. You have to walk around the entire park 1st and get the fastpasses then start over using them. The good part is that you can get one for every ride without having to wait till 1 is used.

no thats incorrect

the fastpass system works (or worked) like disneys

then if you had a resort id you could just go straight on the fastpass line

:woohoo:

Actually, Universal had free express pass machines for several years. After that, the Express Plus (pay for passes to ride express one time on each ride) was born. Now they take away the express machines. I think that is wrong. I don't know if I would say that express is free if you stay at a Universal hotel...it is just included in the $$$price$$$...
