Wow, Condoleeza WOW

Condi is my hero. I really wanted her to be our first black president....plus she's a woman, so that would cover both bases at once.:lmao:

Now her I could have seen voting for! :) Too bad she didn't want to run.
Kim

I had the opportunity to see her in October at the Governor's Women's Conference in California. She's a class act.

I saw that speech on TV...she was very touched.....:thumbsup2

I've heard a rumor she's a lesbian so she'd be the big three all at once if she were elected. A woman who is both black and gay. Now that would be making some history. :thumbsup2

I think she may have voted for Obama. :thumbsup2

I think that is a faulty assumption on your part. President Bush congratulated Obama as well, but do you really think that he voted for him? Dr. Rice has been a conservative all of her life, as president of Stamford and in public service. Why wouldn't she be proud to see a black man elected to the highest office in the land? I would guess she would be even more proud to have a Michael Steel elected as well.

Good point Dawn. I too believe she's held a conservative stance for the majority of her life.

I would have voted for her too. ;) But, she made the decision not to and I support her in that.

A very nice video :thumbsup2

That was a very classy speech. I think whatever political beliefs a black person may have, it's always nice for them to see a historic moment like this. If Sarah Palin were VP-Elect today, I'd be disappointed in the Democrats' loss, but happy for women in general.

I like Condi, she seems like the only truly genuine person in the whole Bush Administration. :thumbsup2

I too would have voted for her. I respect what she does. She seems to be level headed and a gifted world negotiator.

Does it really matter who she voted for????? The end result is still the same.

I don't understant how McCain chosed Palin... he would have done a lot better with Condi as a VP candidate. That's one brilliant woman!

I agree. I think she has always shown a lot of class and I highly respect her.
