I didn't say that everyone would agree. I know of people that have had emotional affairs, and some people consider them more hurtful that a physical affair. Not saying that is how everyone or I would feel........but just trying to point out that someone said no one knows if they had a physical relationship before he left JA. I was just saying that the emotional affair could have led to him leaving JA....and that is just as bad.

Of course,men and women can be freinds....I am not disputing that. But there is such a thing as an emotional affiar, also.

That does not sound right. Was there a legal adoption? If so, he has every right a biological father would have had, including right to custody. There must be other reasons he can't get custody.

He didn't legally adopt her, just put his name on the birth certificate which his attorney and hers said because of that, he has to pay child support for her, but would not get custody of her b/c he didn't legally adopt her and she's not his biological child. No one knows who her real father is-there's a possibility of 12. Yeah, his ex-wife is a winner...and that's just the tip of the iceberg....
I wouldn't have believed it, but I was at the hearing and that's what happened. It's too bad, her mother doesn't have much to do with her and she's 13 now and has been bascially on her own since the divorce-no one ever knows where she is. The judge even said it's probably too late for her to not get into trouble. The ex-wife won't let my brother have much to do with her now. It's out of spite-since he's suing her for custody for the kids that are his.

I doubt something like that would happen to BP & AJ b/c of their access to high powered attorneys. They'd never let them get into such a mess. I would hope.

mark&sue, I agree with you 100%. Brad Pitt broke his marriage vows by sleeping with Angelina Jolie. Angelina knew he was married with no regards to Jennifer Anistons feelings at all. What goes around comes around, I wouldn't be surprised that Brad doesnt leave Angelina when he does another film with a young hot starlet. Angelina might be wonderful for adoping children in need, but in my eyes shes a homewrecker, and I have no respect for that. I honestly don't think they will last anyway, because you can't build happiness on the heartbreak of others.

You took the words right out of my mouth (hands). I had heard somewhere that BP had stated that he could never be with one person his whole life. He'll definitely get bored with her.

Of course their publicist said there are no immediate plans to get married. If they had said "Hey, they are getting married next Saturday in Malibu" could you imagine the media circus? I bet they will get married in the near future and it will be a hush hush ceremony that you don't even know about until after it's over.
