BCV is a popular resort and smaller contracts (less than 100 points) usually sell quickly. I myself bought two small ones over the past two years and I had to lose out on a few before I was able to snag one.

Just curious & you certainly don't have to answer if you don't want to. Was it for an Oct. UY? I saw a 100 pt. BCV contract pop up in my TSS daily email updates today. If it had been a Feb. UY you might have had an offer from me! Best of luck to you with your sale.
