Woven ribbon basket made on a paper bag?

My Mother in law saw a basket made out of papre ribbon and she said it was weaved on a paper bag. She wants to make these at her senior crafts get together. I have looked all over the internet and in our local crafts store and I can;t find anything like this anywhere. Anyone.......???? Thanks in advance@
