Would you watch THIS dog for your neighbors?

OK, not an issue anymore. They called the breeder, and the breeder is going to watch her. We had decided we WOULD watch... well, my wife decided we would watch her.... Next noor neighbor is her best friend.....

All a moot point, now, thank God.

Yep, unless like my DH they do not want "other People" in thier house. My DS's DD brought her dog along on Vacation, however, the place they were staying at, didn't allow dogs, so her dog stayed with us. By the time the week ended, her dog was "laying on the bed, furniture, etc." Her DH was not happy to say the least.

We have allergies. I'd go over a couple times a day and walk it, clean up its poop, maybe play with it if it wanted to play.

We once had neighbors that we barely knew, (they had moved in about 3 weeks before) and they were actually all IN THE CAR when wifey comes to our door, suitcase in one hand and house keys in the other, and asked my husband to watch their 2 dogs while they went away for the weekend! He was so shocked he just said yes! It took his so much by surprise he didn't know what else to do. I think he was just afraid that if he said no they would just go anyway and leave the dogs unattended all weekend!

We never did get to know them, they were freaks! Every morning, daddyo would let the dogs out at about 6:00 am, and then get in the shower (we assume). The dogs would then bark nonstop until about 6:20, when he would open the window and helpfully yell "Bear, shut your F'in mouth". Nice. We didn't need an alarm clock. Within 2 months of them living next to us, we bought a new house.
