would you say hi to any of the podcast crew if u saw them in the street

I would not say hi. I would pull a Kevin meets Samantha moment and run toward them screaming their names. ;)

I would absolutely say "Hello!". We did, in fact, do just that when my DW and I saw John, Kevin and his Mom at R&C. We hesitated a bit, but are glad we did approach them. We had met them earlier at the first DIS get together in December at the Dolphin a few years ago so when I heard Kevin's voice at the next table, I knew it was them. You may remember Kevin's review from that visit to R&C was not a good one. As I recall, the service was so bad that they were going to leave and finish lunch at CdF - also a favorite of ours.

I saw Pete in California Adventure and introduced myself. He then introduced me to Walter, John and Kevin. They were all incredibly nice! It was one of the highlights of a great Disney day!

I had the pleasure of meeting John, Kevin, Kathy, Teresa, Corey and Julie, Ferris, and Finley at the June Poly meet! They were incredibly nice and so down to earth, I was star struck:worship:! I would say hi in a minute! They are the best!:thumbsup2::banana:

My husband wouldn't understand what was going on if I was freaking out about seeing one of the podcast crew but I would love to run into one of them.

I wouldn't have a problem going up and saying "hi". Since none of the podcast members would have any clue as to who I am, it probably wouldn't be appropriate to give them my life story. A simple greeting and word of appreciation would seem okay.

Love it Aaron!

Say hello. They won't run. If my close encounter with John, Kevin, DTD and a bathroom did not cause them to run, you are fairly safe!

I'm actually pretty shy. I really have to work at not being shy. I was too shy to say much more than hi at the Lee and Marty Party and then again at the TSMM Event.:sad2:

What Aaron said. I have even dined one on one with Kevin. And it was breakfast. He must love me a lot. :lmao::lmao::lmao:

I saw an exact Pete look a like at a St. Charles Missouri home show and would not go up to him and tell him who he looks like. There was no Walter look a like with him. Anyway what would Pete be doing at a home show, electronics show maybe. I would go up to them if I had the opprotunity depending on the circumstance. They would like us to do nothing less than saying hello. You can imagine how good it makes them feel to be recognized.

so don't be shy if you see any of the team. They are our friends and family.

John

I was lucky enough to meet Pete and some of the crew at the Trail's End. I knew it was Pete from his voice. It was great to meet them, and I hope I didnt interrupt their lunch too much by stopping to say hello!

I would absolutely say hello... then remind them where all we've met... then promptly hit them up for five bucks.

<snort>

OK, maybe not the five bucks part... but certainly would say hello! :thumbsup2

The team is really nice...say hello they don't bite.

Last May in World Showcase, we had someone come up to us and ask us if we were on the podcast since Jeff was wearing is Podcast T-shirt. We told her that we were not on the Podcast but we were able to introduce her to Teresa, as Mama T was hanging out with us that evening.

If you see a Diser in the parks..say hello, we don't bite either..we are usually identifiable by a LGMH, Podcast T-shirt or A Podcast Pin on our lanyard.

As much as I would love to meet the podcast crew, I would probably be "star-struck" and not know what to say. I am usually not at a loss for words, but it happened to me once when I got to go back-stage at a concert. I have such a great deal of respect for the team too.

I know that Bawb got a kick out of it when disers would come up to him in the parks. He was thrilled when it happened & would always stop & talk to them. I remember on the anniversary of Epcot, we were scooting over to China to grab orange chicken at the fast food counter there (one item in China that's good). A man ran all the way after us, I think we started at America. Bob was on the camcart & as I had started out ahead of him, we got there @the same time. It was fun to watch them talking. I know you all think of them as famous, but they are regular people, or at least they started out that way.
