Five 8 hour days?
Four 10 hour days?
or
Three 12 hour days?
My sister and my friend were talking about the Wal-Mart distribution center in our town (none of us work there, we were just talking) and I was saying if I worked there I would want to work the Three 12 hour shifts ~that's Saturday, Sunday and Monday 6pm-6am or 6am-6pm. This way I would be making full time pay and benefits and then I'd have off 4 days of the week. Some of my thoughts were quick trips to Disney a few times a year w/ less points for my DVC because they'd be weekday trips. And just alot more time off.
Both my sister and my friend said Four 10 hour shifts ~that's Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 6am-4pm or 4pm-2am. This way they would have their weekends free when other people had off and more things were going on.
We didn't talk about the Five 8 hour shifts.
So, I'm just wondering, if you were joining us in our conversation which would you choose and why?
