I would not.

In my first career I was a model and, luckily, I was a working one. The majority of my jobs were print lingerie ads and magazine editorials. While none of them were completely nude, in many there was not much left to the imagination.

I now work in an executive management position and people do love to dig these things up to embarrass me. I am not ashamed of my body, but I have been made to feel that what I did is not an acceptable behavior for someone in my position many times. If I could do it over, I would.
