What are you confussed about? The OP asked if you would mind if your LOCAL beach became topless. It is a yes, no or maybe

No issue with topless beaches - been to a few myself, etc. As long as people know its a topless beach and can make the decision on whether they want to take their children or not then it seems fine.

I don't care if they do or not. I've been to topless beaches. Most of the women that take their tops off are not what you are expecting.
