Would you let your DD have one of these?

I agree with asking the parent first and explaining to the parent what you're doing - and do this without the child seeing the castle! Also, I'd focus on families without little boys in them unless you plan on offering to the little boys too. (A 10 year old wouldn't want one, but a 3 year old would wonder why he didn't get anything and probably actually wear a pink castle).

My daughter would be absolutely enchanted! One of her favorite things to do is to surprise other people with little things when they're not expecting it; I think having the tables turned on her would be wonderful ;)

In November, my DH & I brought glow necklaces to had out. We wore them to the parks. Then we would walk up to a parent and ask if their child would like to wear them.

It felt a little weird at first, but the expressions on the parents faces (a "Is this real? or Are you sure?" kind of look), was priceless. The kids were excited when they got them and the parents thanked us for our kindness.

When you hand them out just make sure that you talk to the parents and explain that you wanted to share the magic of Disney! I bet you get some really great responses.

Good Luck!

P.S. The charms are really cute!
P.S.S. I'll be there in Jan. with DD -- hope to see you!
