I would keep it. How many times have I lost a $1?
Also, if a person only has $1, my guess is that they would have a tighter grip on it.
I found a Social Security Card in a parking lot a few years ago. I was just at a Subway, so I returned it there. I wasnt sure what to do with it. I figured the person who lost it would be looking for it. Someone told me that I should have taken it to the Pakmail. Something about that the Postal service would find the address of the owner and mail it to them. What a bad thing to lose.
