Would you go?

I would go.. i have taken all my children while they were very young..the youngest being 8 weeks. They were 8 weeks, 3 months and 6 months on their first trips and my son will be about 6 1/2 months when we go in August. I would never go on a family vacation and leave a member of my family at home, i would rather not go than do that..just my opinion obviously. If you are flying you could have any baby supplies you need shipped down ahead of time if you weren't planning on getting a car. The baby will not remember it obviously, but you will have wonderful memories and great pics..the characters LOVE babies!!!

Go!

And make use of the child swap - it is awesome and your older kids will get to ride more rides because of it!

Our older boys want to bring their baby cousin when our youngest son starts to meet height requirements. They LOVE having a little one to get the rider switch pass!

As for lugging stuff around - we've just thrown stuff in the stroller basket, and it's been fine.

I am a germophobe, and babies do not have immunities of their own until about 4 months....

If it were me, wouldn't go, but many people tell me that I'm too paranoid.

Just have the Sanihands baby wipes on hand, and definitely don't let anyone touch him, and don't let him touch anything.

And be sure that the older kiddos wipe their hands as well before they touch their baby brother. Sounds crazy, but better to just stay safe.

GO! In all honesty the year my daughter was 8 months old she was waaaay easier than the older kids! You really don't need that much stuff. We ordered diapers and formula from garden grocer. We took a stroller. The diaper bag went under the stroller. We just put the pre-measured amount of powdered formula in the bottle and brought bottled water and mixed a bottle when she needed one. She napped in the stroller and slept in a pack and play. Mind you she was an easy baby and a good sleeper.

When we went in 2008 we took our 10 month old. It was amazing. She was old enough to "see" what was going on and I have great memories and photos of her first trip...standing and grabbing Sorceror Mickey's tassle, grabbing Piglet by the face to give him a kiss, playing peek-a-boo with Genie, having Ariel hold her and snuggle her to her face...

It was also pretty easy. She was on formula and mostly table food, although I did have a few containers of baby food with me just in case...I never used them. We just fed her off our plates, gave her cheerios that I brought with me, gave her formula in her sippy cup, etc. I shipped diapers, wipes and formula down ahead of time. We didn't go back to the resort for naps, since she isn't a nap on command kid...we tried it one day, she cried for 2 hours and then fell asleep on the bus back to MK. We just let her fall asleep in her stroller when she got tired and had a stroller fan for her so she wasn't too hot.

It was so easy, that we are taking our 3 month old when we go in November (I am due in August, so he will be 3 months when we go, not 3 months now).

Go and have a great time...just take it at the kids' pace and you'll be fine.

well, we booked today with the dining code for disney visa card holders. We are currently booked at pop for 10 days and we will take the baby. I just can't leave him behind. I would not be able to have a good time, knowing he wasn't there. I think he will enjoy it (yesterday he went with us to chocolate world for a field trip and he just loved the ride there. He watched everything and loved all the lights). So wish us luck.
