Would you go to a Nude beach

That's how I feel! I get sand in the wrong places WITH a bathing suit on, I imagine it would be worse without one!

Inadvertantly came across a nudist beach (as opposed to a topless beach) when I first went to the Canary Islands. Nudists sunbathe in a sort of bunker, like soldiers dig themselves into to overlook enemy positions. On the odd ocassion one would emerge and stretch, however, most of the nudists are knocking on in years and "pertness" is in short supply. As for the men, it's definately a "last chicken in the shop" scenario.

Topless beaches are the norm in the Mediterranean resorts. The thing is when I used to have my wild holidays with my mates in my younger days the girls we all found more interesting were the ones who kept their tops on. A sort of an air of mystery, if you will.

Been there, done that. Going to to again. Wife likes it, kids don't care as long as they get to play in the water.

I have noticed that (and wife agrees) that you have less "Sand Problems" at a nude beach them a clothed (if you are nekkid). The sand can't get "wedged and lodged" as easily.

Also noticed that not many people at the nude beach cared what I looked like (6 foot, 230 pounds). I did get to watch 2 "Muscle" guys stumble when they passed the attractive Latina woman near me.

I also did not ecpect this much response to the thread.

That so reminded me of an old SNL skit with Gilda being Rosanne Rosannadanna and she was doing a whole thing on sand in the suit and having to keep flicking and flicking it to try and get it out. Very funny!

To the poll, no, not since my butt turned into my thighs and my upper regions became lower regions!

Sure-of course it would have to be 10 years ago, before two pregnancies. Now I stay to the seclusion of my own backyard pool where I still always wear a bathing suit. Our neighbors are a little too free about popping in for a visit.

Just wanted to start a fun topic for a change.

Certainly funny if you wanna think of me neked Anywhere other than my own shower Now when I was mucho younger and was leading a summer camp everynight after lights out and we were sure girls had settled in, yuppers we all went down to dock, tossed aside every stitch of clothing and dove in.

Oh side note : Ontario, Canada --- we are by law (us females) allowed to go topless anywhere since it was determined it was against our rights since guys can! My small city was the 1st one where some young thing got on bus and went downtown

Nope don't have time . I would go but my wife would scream about the cold. She wouldn't even go on splash Mountain last Thanksgiving (mid 70's temp).

Now if we could just rent the Magic Kingdom for 1 day. Of course I could see the Headlines: "Mouse goes Nekkid", "Minnie in the Buff", "Donald without his Shirt" .

And imagine what my fellow Conserviatives would say

No one wants to see this - in a bathing suit, or out of it! Except DH of course....

I put yes, because I've been to one. My parents accidently took us on a hike to one on a trip to Hawaii when my siblings and I were 9,10, and 11. We still laugh about that story!

I've also been to beaches in Europe, but chose to keep my top on. I thought it was a no brainer since I had a one piece, but I saw lots of women with their one piece on but the shoulders slipped off to bare their breasts.

I'm not sure if I'd go to a nude beach purposely or not - I don't really have a big desire to, but might if the beach was nice enough. I usually have my kids with me and I do know I'm not going to repeat that childhood incident!
