Would you feel silly at a Disney meal all alone?

I eat alone a fair amount since I travel. It does not bother me at all. However, I'm feeling a bit self-conscious about going to Disney restaurants all alone. I've always been with the family and although I never paid attention, I do not recall anyone every dining alone.

After DD heads back home, I want to take in a few of the meals she does not care to try - Kona Cafe and Kouzzina's for breakfast :coffee: :cloud9:, and Captain's Grille and Todd English for dinner.

Also wondering if the Port Orleans piano bar is uncrowded enough to hang out there alone on a Sunday evening.

thanks!

I do at least 3 to 4 solo trips to WDW a year and eat at least one TS meal by myself. But I enjoy people watching and going at my own pace.

I do it very often. Especially days when I get off work fairly early and do not have to work the next day.

A lot of people go solo and do it all the time, no worries I have shared many of meals with solo's at the Biergarten we don't think you are indifferent.

I recently ate at The Wave by myself and received extra attention from the wait staff - was there for lunch and they weren't busy. Had thought I might be uncomfortable especially because DD was to join me but wasn't allowed to give her work shifts away.

I eat solo at Disney all the time. I've never felt uncomfortable about it.

Not me as I long to go to WDW next time solo. I eat solo here in hometown and think NOTHING of it.:thumbsup2

I thought I would but when I went to the parks solo for 2 days (DH in a meeting) no one glanced at me or made me feel uncomfortable, I had a wonderful time touring the park and having a TS lunch by myself

I've just done four of them alone this past weekend.

Karl the Ca. Grill sommelier, and Chef Rich and the gang at Flying Fish, were all especially good to me.

I've done this many times. I often end up in places where you can eat at the bar...you can usually strike up conversations with the bartenders and your seatmates. But, I've also had solo meals in the dining room, and either people-watched (the window seats at Chefs are great for this!) or brought along my kindle to read while I eat.

At Todd English Blue Zoo you can sit at the bar and have a full meal--we do it every time we eat there.
