I saw the same show, unbelievable as to what they can do.
I'm also an organ donor so no problem at all.
It's a great gift for burn victims. Some have almost no face left.

As far as I go, I don't care....I don't need it anymore. BUT, if the recipient lived in the same area as my family and they saw "my face" I wonder how that would make them feel. Would it make them happy or sad? That would be my only concern.

I watched this program as well and I don't see a problem with donating my face...it's not like I will need it when I'm dead. I'm already an organ donor so they can take whatever they want.

As far as your family seeing your face on someone else...it would not be your face. You look the way you do because of your bone structure and the amount of fat you have under the skin on your face. Sure it might look familier to a loved one but haven't you ever seen someone from across the room and thought you knew them only to find out you were wrong.

This is another situation that can benefit from cloning and stem cell research.

I saw the show, and I would do it. I will not need it anymore. The way I heard it is that the donor and donee would look similar, more of a sibling kind of look. That does not bother me. To think I could improve someones quality of life, well, I think that is a great thing to do.
