Would you do MVMCP if you were me?

Staying at the Pop this year from 12/17 - 12/27; so going to be there surrounding Christmas Day.

We have gone to MVMCP twice, in 2009 and 2014.

We are current AP holders and are a family of 5; my older two kiddos are 10 and 12 so this time I'd have to buy 4 adult tickets and 1 child.

Really can't decide.....

Not with an annual pass because you can just drop in late at night whenever you want. We are doing it this year but we are there for a week right after thanksgiving. And we don't go to parks that much. So we go for the Christmas party, enter at 4ish and use that instead of a reg ticket.

Depends on what you want to get out of it. If you are going for the parade, special snacks, limited time characters and other things only at the MVMCP - then I'd say yes. If you are going for shorter lines at the rides and a less congested crowd, for me I'd lean no. But it's all based on personal preference.

If you're there around Christmas week - no. They'll have the castle lighting and do the Christmas parade during the day during the week along with showing Holiday Wishes. The only thing you'll be missing out on is snow on main street the perimeter fireworks and sugar cookies.

The only reason I ever see these parties as being worth it is if you have a certain number of day tickets and need to stretch another park day. With AP's, there's just not enough draw for me to justify the 75-100 per person it takes to get in for it.
