We did a Disney cruise out of NY in 2012. If I am remembering correctly when we disembarked, our car service called us and told us where he was. There are (or at least were) numbered poles outside the terminal. We met him and were on our way to the airport in minutes. I wish I could remember which service we used because they were top notch. The driver actually had called us before we were off the ship to let us know he was there and by which number pole. We had a slightly earlier than recommended flight home so Disney transportation wasn't an option.
