Also, you're not really gaining much. They'll resell easily and for a higher price, but you'll need more time to hunt them and you'll pay more.
100 point is already considered on the smallish side. If you were buying direct, then splitting them could be wise, you have the extra closing costs and the increased value, but I wouldn't go below 2x50
