Would you book POR/POFQ over the CSR and why?

I had thought we were ready to book the CSR for our vacation pick but now I'm kind of having 2nd thoughts and before we "officially" take the plunge, I kind of wanted to ask around. Is the transportation better at POR/POFQ? Does the POFQ get picked up 1st and dropped off 1st? Is the transportation at POR/POFQ good? I've read some negative reviews about bussing at CSR and also about the golf carts that zip and zoom all over the walk/pathways where people walk and it being so spread out. I'm just not sure this resort is the one for us. I love the AKL and POLY but not sure if I want to sink our money more into a resort and less for other stuff. That is why I'm strongly considering the modertates POR/POFQ to save some money, still stay on Disney at somewhere nice and also have extra money for LOTS of other stuff. How are the rooms, mousekeeping, etc? Anyone having pictures, recent ones to share, please post. It always helps from comments and also to visually see pics from actual stays. THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP

Go with your first instincts, you'll only know if you experience for yourself. I'd stick with CSR. Here's 186 reviews from other DIS'ers.

I've noticed that you seem to really be having doubts. The only mod I have ever stayed at was POR - loved it and had no problems with transportation! That being said, I would love to try all the mods! We are leaving in 2 days for POFQ but we originally wanted to stay at CSR this trip. Unfortunately, even though I booked in August, there was no availability due to conferences. I really think you should go for whatever resort appeals to you most. They all have hardcore fans so I'm guessing they must all be great! Try not to worry - you'll be in Disney World so it will be magical no matter where you stay!

I've stayed at both and prefer CSR for many reasons but the shared transportation is one of the main ones. Stick with your original feeling and go with CSR.

Geez you are having a time. CSR probably has better transportation because they dont share buses. I have have stayed at CSR but not POR. Although the rooms at POR look very nice. I really think it is a matter of taste at this point. What theme do you like better? Here is the link to the site that has all the pics.

How old are you kids? I would probably go with what pool appeals to them. Let them look over the pics and decide.
