Would you apply for a job without meeting all "requirements"

As everyone else has said, apply My DH got his last job without the college degree that was 'required'. His experience and reputation was enough to cover it. It is always worth a try.

She's not going to die if they don't call her or don't hire her, right?

What if she ends up being the most qualified candidate from the list who apply, even if she doesn't have every requirement?

If she has most of what they need, and can learn the other, tell her to go for it.

Thanks everyone! I think she is just a little timid. Im still trying to convince her. It does look like a great job, I told her if she doesn't send her resume in, I may!
