Flying out 20 August, back September 3, Virgin Atlantic, 3 x Economy (for two dds and elder dd's boyfriend) FREE with our Nectar points, 2 x Premium Economy (for dh and me) at £809 each, including taxes.

Availability is OK as I type, but I've just phoned dh and he says no! HELP!

I'm sure you'll get good value accommodation at that time of year, you'll get the end of the peak season's long opening hours, the crowds won't be too bad because most US schools will have gone back, the weather will be great and since when did you need an excuse to visit Disney anyway!

Do you have APs at the moment? That would make it a pretty cheap holiday if you did.

Deb, I think you would be mad to do the trip as outlined - you and Matt have only just come back from a trip and have another already lined up later this year .

However, as it would be denying DDs and DBF a trip if you didn't take advantage of the offer, I think you should delegate (and pay for) two of us from the boards to take DDs on your behalf .....

......and, yes, I'm willing to offer my services!

Looks as though it's a definite "no"

Matt's problem isn't so much the £1600 for the flights; it's the £1600, plus accommodation, plus car hire, plus park passes for the kids (we have APs), plus spending money for two weeks.

As I opted out of having anything to do with our finances years ago, I can't really argue if he says we can't afford it!

I'm just going to go and sit in a darkened room.

My DH thinks once every 3 to 4 years is enough!!!!! I did sneak a trip to DLP with a friend, but DH wants things like a new car and home improvements - I mean .... men!!!
