We recieved our ticket vouchers a few weeks ago, and I just recently read the fine print. Below is a quote:

"Inclusions - Admission to Disneyland Park - Admission to Disney's California Adventure park - ONE early entry to Disneyland Resort Theme Park - One Magic Morning Admission."

How do you all interpret that? Because I have done my homework, I know that MM and EE are the same thing, but the wording implies that we get one of each.
Now, I don't usually do things like this, but do you think I could raise this question when I cash these in at the ticket booth? An extra MM would be so amazing...is it worth a try? Or am I a horrible person for even thinking of taking advantage of a poorly worded voucher? Any thoughts??

ETA - if you think I'm a horrible person, please don't roast me! :-)

I don't think you're a bad person. I do think perhaps you should go to law school, as you seem to have an eye for wording-problems! :)

But if I channel my sister in law, who is a trademark attorney, she would point out that "early entry" isn't capitalized so they are likely just describing it, and that the voucher isn't a legally binding contract.

So glad you get to go back! Now, no camera mishaps this time...I remember you guys had to take the bus over to Target on your last trip! :upsidedow

:rotfl: Actually, Molly, I have SO taken care of that possible problem! Bought dh a fancy DLSR, have a new waterproof camera of my own, and handed down 2 old cameras (yes, including the one bought on our last trip) to the kids to use! So we will have at least 2 cameras on us at all times! The kids cameras aren't as fabulous as dh's or mine, but way better than the disposable kodak I had to make do with till we bought our new one on the last trip!!

I don't think you're a horrible person for wanting an extra early entry to Disneyland.

I would expect, though, that should you ask, the CM will respond very nicely that your vouchers entitle you to one early entry to the Disneyland Park and that regrettably you misread it.

Have a great time, when you go. :)
