Do we have enough time to go meet Anna and Elsa when they open at 9:15 and make it over to Garden Grill for a 10am breakfast? My toddler won’t be able to wait in a long line so I was thinking there wouldn’t be much of a wait first thing since everyone is going to be trying to rope drop frozen?

A big part of this is, are you staying onsite and eligible for ETPE? If so and you are towards the front of the A&E line, I would say you should be able to do both. If you are not able to enter the park until 9AM, there may already be a line formed for A&E so it may not be possible.

We are staying at the riviera so will be taking the skyliner over

They also give you a bit of a grace period for dining checkins. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve been 15 minutes late and the ADR is still in the system.

Since you are staying inside, I would recommend arriving at the Skyliner at least an hour before ETPE begins and then once in the park heading towards Canada. Once they let ETPE guests into the park head directly to Norway to get in line. There will still be waiting time, just in a few different places which hopefully makes things easier.

If it's helpful in avoiding rope drop crowds, extra steps, and waiting for park opening, we've never waited long to meet them. Depends on the time of year, of course, but we've never waited more than 20 minutes.

I was hoping to avoid the craziness of rope drop so I’m thinking I’ll just keep an eye on the wait times to visit them instead
