Would this be a problem?

Heading to Epcot in morning and will pay to park.We will leave at lunch time and spend afternoon at water park.Then come back to Epcot for the evening but want to have dinner at Beaches and Cream.Can I park at Beach Club,eat,then Head to Epcot? I already paid to park so it's not like I am cheating Disney.

It's not really about cheating Disney, it's just that the Beach Club parking lot isn't big enough. If they didn't enforce the restrictions, lots of people would park at Beach Club and there wouldn't be enough room for hotel guests to park.

If you valet park, Disney will be fine with you leaving your car while you go to Epcot. You'll have to pay a second time, though, because paying the parking fee for the parks doesn't cover the valet parking fee and vice-versa.

Paying for valet parking, though, covers valet at any resort for the day, as many times as you want. So you could go to Beach Club in the morning, valet park, go to Epcot, head to the water park, come back, valet park (for free), eat at Beach Club, go to Epcot, and finally leave. You should tip the valet both times, but that's not a huge expense.
