Would someone please answer some FP+ questions please

1) Once I use the 3 I have scheduled, I can only book one more, right?
2) Once I use the 4th one I booked, I can do one more, and so on, and so on??
3) Do the other Fp+ have to be made at a kiosk or can they be made on your phone?
4) Can I make a FP+ for myself and daughter at one kiosk while my husband makes one for himself and my other daughter at another kiosk or do we all have to do it together?

I leave in 15 days and amy getting VERY excited (and a little anxious).

As for Question 4, I don't know, but probably. I don't know how well it would work if you happened to be using separate kiosks at the exact same time.

You can book one more on a rotating basis from the kiosk (not the app) based on availability.

Based on availability. You can get a 5th, 6th, 7th, and so on. But you have to use your original 3 first. Then use them one at a time for the 4th, 5th, etc.

3) Do the other Fp+ have to be made at a kiosk or can they be made on your phone?
You can only use the kiosk. You cannot use the smartphone app.

You should be able to do that.
