Hi everyone. First let me say for being somewhat of a newbie here I appreciate the tons of information I have learned from these boards!! We are leaving in 8 days and I have reservations to Cinderella's castle, Whispering Canyon, California Grill(went last year) and Hoop De Doo. Can you each give one or two could not, would not, should not miss restaurants ranging from grills to SWANKY! PS I also like Sushi. Thanks for the input.

Try Teppanyaki in Japan at EPCOT. Excellent sushi and a really fun meal that you can watch the chef prepare.

Artist Point at WL. Very nice for adults, but if you have kids in tow, they are welcome, too, with their own little menu. Adults can choose from buffalo, salmon, halibut, etc. and can order flight of three glasses of different wines with meal. Little ones have the neatest dessert option: a white chocolate puzzle they put together then paint with edible gels. It's a hoot for them! Meanwhile, mommy and daddy can enjoy French press coffee and berry cobbler. It's a top flight restaurant, but slacks and nice shirt are fine.

Jiko. Our favorite restuarant at WDW, with food and wine that (in some cases, literally) you can't find anywhere else in the country. A great and unique restuarant.
