Would love to hear your opinions on AKV Concierge

They do have staff dedicated to help you with whatever you need Disney. I usually club level at least one night per year just for a little extra pampering but other than a night or two, I don't think it's worth the extra points for a long stay but that's mho. If nothing else it's worth to do once for the safari.

The Concierge in CL has the same ability to make reservations and ADR's as you do. They don't have any special access to perks set aside for CL guests. Sometimes the desk is staffed by one person, sometimes two, but usually during our stays, there has been a line waiting for help and the CM's take their time no matter how many are waiting.
