Would love suggestions on ADRs

I am traveling over labor day with 2 friends. We are all 3 moms and this will be a wonderful break for us. I am WDW freak, DF1 has been there twice with her 2 boys, does nothing girly and grabs food on the go. DF2 has never been. I am in charge of everything per their choice. Here are our current ADRs, please comment, suggest etc...... Le Cellier was not avail

8/31 Chefs De France
9/1 Breakfast CRT (shhhhh this is a surprise I scheduled and payed for)
Dinner Kona Cafe (hoping to have drinks at Lapu Lounge before)
9/2 Mama Melrose Fantasmic (hoping to have a drink at Prime Time late afternoon before dinner)
9/3 Boma-- but we could switch to another resort or DTD, AK day and closes at 5pm

I would love any suggestions you have. Is there something we might enjoy better--I know CRT is not worth the price, however in this case I think it will be enjoyed by all. I have tiaras for their surprise breakfast, should make some good pics.

reconsider Chefs for another Epcot restaurant like...Biergarten?? or Marrakesh?? or San Angel?? I wasn't too hip on Chefs.

Everything else sounds AWESOME!!! And you'll have a great time even if you stick with Chefs.

And don't switch Boma. You'll love it!!

My sister and I are going in Aug/Sept and can't wait!!

I had to respond because we also have ADR for the Mama Melrose Fantasmic package on 9/2!! Maybe we'll see each other and not even know it!!
