i wouldn't do that, although i secretly LOVE the idea. you can put something nasty tasting in your milk or something like that but i wouldn't risk medicating someone even if they are stealing.

Short answer: yes, you could get in trouble.

Is it likely? That's anyone's guess. It depends entirely upon the person who ends up drinking the tainted milk.

Playing tricks on other people that could cause bodily harm are never "okay" in the eyes of the law. The real question is whether you would get caught and suffer any consequences.

My opinion... the fact that you have to ask if you'll get in trouble shows that this is likely a terrible idea.

considering I just shook my supposedly brand new fat free hazlenut coffee creamer before opening it and it spilled all over me b/c someone decided to (1) open what was not their's; (2) use it; and (3) fail to close it properly, I say an emphatic NO! I have SID/SPD, celiac, and food allergies. If someone were to drink your milk by accident and died from an allergic reaction what would you do? Ex-Lax contains cocoa, lecithin, vanilla and palm kernel oil. The pills also may contain corn or wheat in the starch added as well as seaweed and carnuba wax.

It is highly unlikely someone would die but you could be sued, lose your job and if the legal authorities find that you did it on purpose to hurt people then bye bye and off to jail. What if some pregnant or lactating lady ended up with a sick baby? I have damage to my stomach from celiac and that trip to the bathroom could cause me great pain in my stomach from the medicine in the milk. Is the loss of a few dollars of milk worth making someone sick or causing a baby to get sick as well as possible loss of your job and freedom?

Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting are present. Do not take within 2 hours of other medicines since the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.

I don't know why you would get in trouble after all it is your drink with your name on it. Besides I really don't think whoever is drinking YOUR milk will confess to it even with a bellyache.

My dh kept getting his lunch ate for about a month, finally we started making his sandwiches with cat food, after about a week, no one ever touched his lunch again. And to this day his still doesn't know who was eating one of his sandwiches everyday.
