We have eaten at many of the World Show Case Restaurants, and have enjoyed many. We are now looking for something different to break up the monotony, and was wondering if anyone could recomend Nine Dragons for Dinner?

Nine Dragons just reopened after a pretty extensive refurb so there may not be a lot of current reviews out there. We have been pre refurn and definitely enjoyed it.

I've heart post refurb it is pretty good. Haven't heard much though so maybe dig around on allears or other sites for reviews?

*** ok...edited... I checked allears and there's no reviews up yet! sorry! **

We ate there for the first time last year during free dining due to the fact that the Japan restaurant was not reopened yet. We really did not like the food at all. That being said, the restaurant has recently been refurbished and hopefully the quality of the food has improved. I had ordered shrimp with veg. and the shrimp was not very tasty and I left it! The only veg I had were carrots and cauliflower-not Chinese Veg in my book. I never leave shrimp on the plate so I guess a bad experience. Japan, where they cook in front of y ou, has been a favorite since EPCOT opened and we have gone each time that we visited except last year.

I know this isn't always the majority opinion on this site, but I love 9 Dragons. It's not truly authentic chinese food, but it is very tasty, and they have options that appeal to folks who don't want to try anything too exotic (like the delicious honey sesesme chicken...mmm).

Plus, I've never found it to be too crowded. And maybe the redesign will make the experience even better.

So I would say try it out, and if you don't like it's then there's a place you can cross off your list.

China is the largest producer of carrots and cauliflower in the world. :)

Have an ADR for here in December, few reviews of the new place I have seen seems to indicate good food but small portions.

We've eaten there many times in the past and loved the food. But I believe that they have changed some of the menu items. So, I'm not really sure. But we'll be trying it on our next trip. Can't wait.:cool1:

Anyone know what desserts they serve here?

Cant see anything listed on the all ears menus!
