HI, I was wondering if anyone might be so kind to share their pics of the final outcome of makeovers from Pff, anf Libby Lu. I am trying to choose one to do for my 4 y/o. thank you for any help you might be able to provide.
Here is my dd5 last year after Libby Lu. The dress is hers. She has shoulder length blonde hair, they put it in a ponytail and added the hairpiece, she had glitter in her hair, on her cheecks, had blush and lipstick on and they painted her nails. They totally squeezed her in and I thought they did a cute job.
Here's my DD last Sept. (the tiara is hers *we brought it with us to DLR) she had a great time and asked to do it again this trip, probably not but if we can make a Dec. trip happen ~ for sure!
Can I be rude and ask how much these makeovers cost? My 7yo really wanted to do it last time, but I didn't bother looking...I had $0 budgeted for things like this.
I think they've changed their menu since we were there, but here is Libby Lu's pricing guide. We did the cheapest one since our little one was only 5 at the time.
Also, if you do the Libby Lu, you might want to make an appointment. When we were there last year they were busy every time we tried to get dd done. Luckily on the last day they totally squeezed us in.
We did PFF in March and it was $30 for hair and anywhere from $7-15 for the facepainting. I don't know if the hair varied or not, that was just what we got charged. Mydaughters hair was very very cute! I just can't figure out how to post pictures or I would show you---she has pretty short hair so I wasn't sure what they would do, but they did kindof a poufy bun with ribbons and glitter and flowers. She was delighted. She had to look at herself in the mirror about 100 times that day!
I would love to but cant post my pics. but we spent $40 at libby lu and got a t-shirt, microphone, poster, makeup kit. She also got a microphone headset.
Here's dd and dn at fantasy faire with their faces painted.

We thought Libby Lu was by far the better value. There were lots of extras included in the basic price; soft baackpack, tiara and 5 items from a bin, nailpolish & makeup. As far as heavy handed makeup application, just let the person working with your daughter know you don't want too much stuff on your daughter's face.
These pictures are all so sweet! I wish they had a Libby Lu or PFF when I was a kid- I would have loved this! Oh well, living that one vicariously through my dd, who had already asked me if she can do Libby Lu again this year!
OK, so there's really no need for me to look in here b/c I have a boy, and I was a little scared b/c I'm really not into the BBB pix from WDW....but WOW these are so cute!
They are like real hair-dos! The work they did on victorandbellasmom's girl in pink is amazing, and *how sweet* is EMAW's girls hair? By the way EMAW, I know a woman who loves her Converse so much she got married with them on...beautiful white wedding gown, with her awesome high-top Converses underneath (the whole wedding party wore Converse, actually). Wonderful wedding pictures... And the only bride I know who didn't have painful feet by the end of the night (like me...I ended up barefoot, and it was an outside wedding/reception!).
Oh and I missed DisneyMomma81's girl, too. I love that the front of her hair is obviously part of a hair-do, but isn't just sprayed like crazy. So sweet!
