Worth it?

We currently have ressies for 4 nights at POR for our anniversary trip. I'm considering changing the last night to the Poly as a surprise for dh. We have the pin rate so it would be $209 for a garden view room (more then double our rate at POR). I really wanted GF but that wasn't available (as of today, may be by the time I decide who knows). Since we are going next summer and staying deluxe for 9 nights then, I just couldn't bring myself to pay that much more for all 4 nights. But I'm considering it to make the last night really special (its when we will be belatedly celebrating our anniversary... since our real one is also dd's bday we never really get to celebrate alone that day). Is it worth over a hundred dollars more just for one night or should I save the money and spend it on fun stuff for dh at WDW.

If I were you I wouldn't switch. Why not use the extra money for a really nice dinner at The Grand Floridian. We love Citricos and have always had wondeful service and food their. To make it extra special, I would splurge and get a cab. It would probably cost 30 bucks round trip. This way you don't have to worry about driving or finding some wacky way to get there by bus.
