worth it to waitlist at dvcrentalstore.com and davids?

we are looking to book two studios at the poly for January 10-16 2018. We realize we are late in this and are waitlisted at both David's and www.dvcrentalstore.com Wondering if it makes sense to keep the waitlist at both since they might have different owners, or if it is better to cancel one request and just stick with one?
They have both said there is availability but not points, thoughts on chances we will get this?

We need 3 studios for March 2018 with BCV as our request. They had availability but not points so we wait listed. Less than a month later and our reservations were confirmed! This was through Davids. We are very excited as I wasn't expecting it to work out !

You might get a hit after the seven month window opens - not many Poly owners are looking to rent out their posts - those points are still new and renting out your new points is like letting someone borrow your new car - but once anyone can book there there are owners at other resorts who rent more frequently. However, once the seven month window opens, that availability might tighten quickly - so your situation may be reversed - points but not availability. You are passed marathon weekend, so I think your chances are pretty good.

Keep both waitlists, have a backup plan.

The odds are probably quite good as once we hit the 7 month mark then any points can be used and it's very likely the availability will be there. Because of that I'd probably remove the waitlist at one of them before the 7 month mark. Prior to that they are waiting for Poly owners to offer points to them and that will vary.

In the past I had better luck with Davids finding the points when waitlistin the counterpart.
