Worth it to get Premier APs or not?

I have UT 8 day WPF&M No expiry PHs for all of us, I think I figured out they have a value of ~$690 after tax right now.

We won't be at WDW until Dec 2014 (2.5 week trip), so after another price hike, I'm assuming. We are closer to DL but my parents/family do live in Orlando. I was planning on another trip to FL/WDW and thinking of also going to DL if possible. We would either go to DL or WDW in Nov 2015 before the passes expire and would have one more trip in there somewhere. If we get the Premier passes, we would go to WDW sometime between Feb-Set 2015 and to DL for Nov 2015 and stay for at least a week for both trips.

Oh, and my youngest will be 3 in the beginning of 2016. Is it worth it to get the Premier passes or should I just get WDW (P)APs?

You have a lot of "ifs" in your plan so you could get the DW (P)APs and if you decide to go to DL upgrade to the Premier at that time. The expiration date will not change, but APs can be upgraded anytime while they are valid.
