Worst thing I ever ate in Disneyland....

I would have to say the worst meal I ate in Disneyland was at the no longer existing La Brea Bakery and it all started when my parents and I were looking for somewhere to eat a fast simple breakfast before we went to the parks and Dad saw La Brea Bakery and we decided to order breakfast there. When our food was brought out we thought our food was gonna be good. But when my father and I ate our French toast we knew something was wrong and I knew my French toast tasted odd and weird and so we asked Mom to taste it for us and she thought we were crying wolf but Dad looked at the bread and it was sourdough French toast and I was stuck eating it but it was the weirdest tasting food ever. Now I know why La Brea Bakery went broke in Downtown Disney. Because I could never figure out why they had weird foods for breakfast? I should've stuck with cereal instead

I've had some less-than-stellar meals occasionally at DL (I'm looking at you Lucky Fortune Cookery), but NOTHING can compare to the horrifically terrible burger I had at SeaWorld San Diego. Took one bite, didn't think it tasted anything like hamburger so I glanced at the patty..... bad idea. It seriously looked like they had ground up whatever poor animals had happened to pass away that week at the park (flamingo? penguin? walrus?) and shaped it into a burger. I swear it wasn't even burger-colored, more white and gray than pink or brown. It went into the trash instantly and once my appetite returned a few hours later I had to make do with the protein bar that I'd brought along.

Wow...good to know! Sometimes I get tempted because it's so iconic but think I'll just look the other way from now on 😂

Try them from the Corn Dog castle. They are fried right there vs the Red Wagon where the corn dogs are fried at the Plazza Inn and brought over in batches.

Everything I ate at Blue Bayou. I don't care how cool the atmosphere is if the food is horrible. This was pre Covid and I've heard from many people that the food quality is worse now than before the pandemic so uh yeah it's a skip for me.

The chicken skewer at Bengal Barbecue this past June. It was just a couple of pieces of very tough and dry chicken. I was very surprised, as I have always enjoyed eating at Bengal Barbecue. Probably won't go back again. When my friend and I were there in June, we both agreed that the food in the parks seemed like smaller portions. While the chicken at Plaza Inn was good, all three pieces were very small.

I can't say that I've ever had anything horrible at DLR, but that damn Mickey Mouse milkshake at Schmoozie's at DCA- it tasted great, BUT the black "garnish" at the rim and below the rim of the cup got all over my hands and I had to go to the bathroom and SCRUB to get it off. I'll never order one again. I hate messy food.

Mine was also the Monte Cristo from Cafe Orleans. Had read all the reviews raving and was seriously disappointed!!! Couldn't eat most of it. Tasted so heavy and greasy!!! I also wasn't overly impressed with the Turkey Leg but thought I'd have to try it (tasted like ham more than turkey). I ate it but it was disappointing. Besides that I have overall loved my DL food!
