Having just completed a split stay between the Fort Wilderness cabins and Boardwalk, Boardwalk remains atop my list of the worst. The turkey sandwich the Deli was just OK. And the tomato soup was the only hot (warm) side. Being a deli, I would have expected some kind of bread or bagel bites with the soup, but nope. And don't get me started on the fountain drinks machine. I have no idea why they did not replace it when the did the latest overhaul. It is always glitchy dispensing ice, and it is not unusual for one of the 2 Coke dispensers to be out of order. It makes me cringe to see how many paper cups they go through since that is what they have to use to give you ice. What a waste.
On the positive side, I loved my food from Trail End. I got the half fried chicken dinner with 2 sides (and cornbread!!) and was able to have it for 2 meals and one late night snack
